Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your MARCO VANTÉ shoes. If the size or fit isn’t right, we’re happy to help with an exchange.

Exchange Period

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange Eligibility

Products must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in their original condition
  • Include the original box, packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Be tried on indoors only
  • Show no signs of creases, scratches, stains, or sole wear

What Can Be Exchanged

You may exchange:

  • The same style in a different size (subject to stock availability)
  • Another style of equal value
  • A higher-priced style by paying the price difference

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

  • Products showing signs of wear or damage
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Requests made after the 14-day exchange period

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive an incorrect product or a product with a manufacturing defect, MARCO VANTÉ will cover the shipping costs and arrange a replacement after inspection.

Size & Fit Exchanges

For exchanges due to size or fit, customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once approved, we will dispatch the replacement as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, MARCO VANTÉ does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Eligible exchanges will be processed in accordance with this policy.
